HOW DO I FIND OUT WHAT SORT OF WORK I WILL BE DOING?

Before signing up to the job we will make it all clear on the original job advert. Training will be provided if needed prior to the shift. We will never let you turn up to shift if you are not comfortable entirely with what you will be doing.

HOW DO I KNOW THE RATE I WILL BE PAID?? 

This will be made clear when we are offering you the job on Whatsapp. Minimum is London Living wage at the time.

WHEN WILL I GET PAID?

On a fortnightly basis but this can be earlier. This is dependent on the client.

I HAVE NOT REGISTERED AS SELF-EMPLOYED?

Before signing up to any shifts. We trust you have registed as self employed. You agree to indemnify us in respect of any tax, national insurance and any other similar liability which arises as a result of your employment.

WHAT IS YOUR 'ON CALL SERVICE'?

This means being available for 3 hours on the day of a busy show while the show is starting and to act as a stand in. You may get paid for this or prioritised for future work! ​
