WHAT ARE THE RATES?
This is completely up to you. We will get you a ball mark figure of what similar jobs are going for at the time of your enquiry. Our minimum wae is London Living wage.
HOW DO I PAY?
Our details are on the invoice and payment is done by bank transfer.
HOW DO I KNOW THE STAFF YOU ARE SENDING ARE RELIABLE?
We always find the best, suitable staff for the role. You can request us to send you a profile/video application of the staff. You are more than welcome to send briefs over and we will go through that with them. We don't want you or them to feel uncomfortable working with each other. We always have your brand values in mind.
I DON'T NEED A MEMBER OF STAFF FOR AS LONG AS I THOUGHT. DOES THIS AFFECT FEE AND PAYMENT?
Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable. At Nest, we’re all about community and honesty. When booking staff you are expected to pay them for the full booking even if they leave early. After all they may have turned down other work and come and come from far away to help you.
WHAT IS YOUR 'ON CALL SERVICE'?
In case anyone is unable to attend their shift at the last minute. We have back up staff so we can almost guarantee you staff and you are not left in the lurch.
WHAT IF A MEMBER OF STAFF CANCELS?
We use our 'On call' service. We will always try our best to find you another member of staff we think is suitable to work. However if by any means we have not been able to find somebody we will give you a full refund of your deposit and apologise profusely!
WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL THE STAFF?
Within 48 hours you are expected to pay 3 hours of their wage and unfortunately we cannot offer your deposit back.​
WHAT IF I NEED TO EXTEND THE HOURS WHEN AT THE SHOW?
If the member of staff can stay longer then why not?! We know things change all the time & can be hard to plan.
